We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Service Advisor / Warranty Clerk to join our growing team.
<h2>About the Role</h2>
This dual-role position combines front-of-house customer service with warranty administration. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from booking through to completion.
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
Service Advisor Duties:
<ul>
<li>Greeting customers and managing service enquiries</li>
<li>Booking service appointments and coordinating workshop workflow</li>
<li>Preparing repair orders and cost estimates</li>
<li>Communicating technical information clearly to customers</li>
<li>Upselling service and accessory opportunities where appropriate</li>
<li>Processing invoices and payments</li>
</ul>
Warranty Clerk Duties:
<ul>
<li>Processing BRP manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Submitting claims within required timeframes</li>
<li>Managing claim follow-ups and reconciliations</li>
<li>Maintaining detailed and compliant service records</li>
<li>Liaising with BRP regarding approvals and claim queries</li>
</ul>
<h2>About You</h2>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive/powersports administration</li>
<li>Warranty processing experience highly regarded</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>High attention to detail and organisational ability</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Confident computer and administrative skills</li>
